How do I purchase concert tickets?

VIP tickets including Concert & Dining packages, when on sale, are available online at Villa Maria Concerts.

How do I purchase a picnic box and how much do they cost?

Picnic boxes (including vegetarian option) are available for $35 through Ticketmaster on 0800 111 999 or online at Villa Maria Concerts. Picnic boxes must be booked at the time of purchasing your concert tickets.

What type of food will I get in my picnic box?

Your individual picnic box will include an antipasti salad, Moroccan seared beef salad, Kaimai Cheese Selection with crackers and dried fruit, rustic bread & butter, and a gourmet chocolate selection. Your picnic box will contain a utensil and condiment set. A vegetarian picnic box is available - please select this option at the time of purchase.

Where do I collect my picnic box from?

When you pre-order your picnic box you will receive a voucher which allows you to collect your picnic box at a marked location at the concert.

Can I bring food and beverages to the concert?

You are encouraged to pre-order a picnic box on Ticketmaster, containing a selection of fine foods. There will be a selection of food outlets operating at the concert, providing a range of delicious fare carefully selected to compliment whichever wines you may choose to drink.

You may not bring alcohol or soft drinks to the concert at Villa Maria Estate. As these events are licensed, there will be wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available at the events.

Will I be able to purchase food and beverages at the concert?

Yes, you will be able to purchase food and beverages from a selection of outlets onsite at the concert. There will be a delicious range of fare carefully selected to compliment whichever wines you may choose to drink.

Can I bring a deck chair or sun shelter?

You are permitted to bring foldable “concert chairs” for increased comfort during the concerts at Villa Maria Estate. Tables, glass, tents or sun shelters are not acceptable. Umbrellas are permitted however we ask that you consider other concert goer’s comfort and viewing pleasure.

What happens if it rains on the day of the concert?

Villa Maria Estate is an all weather venue so scheduled concerts will take place, rain or shine.

Where can I park?

Parking is available around the site. Refer to the link for a location map. We encourage you to car pool.

Will there be suitable disabled parking?

Yes, disabled car parking will be available and well sign posted at the Oruarangi Road entrance, behind the Villa Maria winery.

Wheelchair positions are available with Reserved seating only.

Are there any age restrictions on concerts at Villa Maria Estate?

Concerts at Villa Maria Estate are open to all ages. Children must be supervised at all times.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children under 12 may attend the concert with supervision by an adult. Children may attend free of charge.

Can I bring a camera to the concert?

You may bring with you a non-professional camera to capture lasting memories of your big day out. Professional cameras and video or recording equipment are not permitted.
